These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern your access and use of all services provided by Maxia Technology Partners, LLC ("Maxia") and its subsidiary, RegisterNow. By accessing our platform or services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

You must be 18 years or older and capable of entering a binding contract. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and ensuring all activity complies with this Agreement.

You agree not to use our services to send, post, or distribute any content that is:

• Illegal, deceptive, harmful, or fraudulent
• Adult, sexually explicit, or obscene in nature
• Violent, hateful, harassing, or abusive, including discriminatory material
• Related to controlled substances, including cannabis and vapes
• Related to gambling, sweepstakes, or betting without full legal compliance
• Related to high-risk financial services such as payday loans, debt relief, credit repair, or cryptocurrency promotions
• Misleading or unsolicited messages, including spam, affiliate offers, or mass marketing without express consent
• Sent using public link shorteners (e.g., bit.ly) or cloaked URLs
• Sent without including required unsubscribe or opt-out language

We reserve the right to monitor and suspend accounts that violate this Acceptable Use Policy, even if the violation results from third-party use of your account.

You agree to:

• Obtain verifiable consent before sending any promotional or informational messages
• Include a clear opt-out mechanism in all outbound communications
• Maintain proof of consent and recipient details in accordance with applicable messaging laws
• Avoid sending bulk or automated messages to recipients who have not explicitly opted in
• Respect all local and international regulations, including but not limited to CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and GDPR equivalents

Failure to comply may result in account suspension, message blocking, or legal action.

All fees are due at the time of purchase and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing and service availability at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access to our services for any user who violates this Agreement, abuses the system, or poses a risk to our infrastructure or other users.

All materials, trademarks, and proprietary content within Maxia's services remain the property of Maxia. You may not reuse, copy, or reverse-engineer any aspect of the service without explicit written permission.

Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Maxia is not responsible for service interruptions, data loss, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
